Job Title:                Sales Development Representative

Reporting to:         Head of Customer On-Boarding

Location:                Hybrid – Working from Home with occasional travel to a Newcross office

Salary:                   £30,000 – £40,000 + £15,000 bonus + uncapped commission  

About the role:

As a Sales Development Representative at Newcross, you’ll be responsible for crafting and executing a sales strategy aimed at digitising the maximum number of healthcare providers as possible on our platform.

In this role, we’re counting on you to:

  • Source leads for healthcare providers that are not currently on our platform, booking meetings and signing them onto our platform.
  • Take the healthcare provider from a lead to an account, before handing the account across to the customer success team to ensure they grow their share of wallet.
  • Work with our healthcare providers to provide upsell opportunities and maximise the relationship between both on-demand staff members and healthcare providers, ensuring expectations are set around service and product satisfaction is maximised.
  • Collaborate with our Customer Success and Marketing teams to identify target areas, geographies and customer segments to go after.
  • Work closely with the broader sales team to maximise growth across the UK.

  • Suitable experience in a hunting/new business development position, with a strong track record of successfully negotiating and delivering sales (healthcare experience would be awesome!)
  • An understanding of how a tech platform can support businesses and the ability to sell the benefits of integrating Newcross into their business.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to sell and present ideas in a compelling way, adjusting style to a wide variety of audiences.
