What will you do? 

Whilst a full job description can be supplied, here are a few of the key responsibilities for the role: 

–      Elevate Your Role as a Newcross Brand Ambassador: Commit wholeheartedly to embodying the Newcross brand, consistently setting elevated standards for performance and achievements. Take complete ownership of personal productivity, professional development, and serve as a shining example of the attributes required for seamless collaboration within a successful team.

–        Be the Confidence-Instilling Point of Contact: Transform into a credible point of contact, instilling confidence in both our existing and potential clients. Ensure they not only receive high levels of service but also the full Newcross experience, leaving a lasting impression of excellence.

–     Efficiently Manage Booking Requests: Skilfully handle booking requests via telephone, email, or extranet. Meticulously document client requirements and promptly translate them into shift bookings within our internal database. It’s about precision and responsiveness.

–      Champion  App Usage: Proactively encourage, raise awareness, and instil confidence in our clients to utilise our app for their future requests. It’s not just about providing a service; it’s about introducing and promoting a streamlined and user-friendly experience.

–        Strategically Match Colleagues to Client Needs: Strategically promote the availability of our qualified colleagues to clients. Leverage a nuanced understanding of their requirements, aligning with colleagues’ skill sets for an optimal match. Employ a well-informed, client-centric approach to effectively market and recommend suitable candidates.

–     Masterful Management and Growth: Take charge of managing and growing multiple existing client accounts. It’s not just about maintenance; it’s about strategic growth and fostering enduring relationships.
