Job Title:               Product Marketing Executive

Reporting to:         Product Marketing Manager                                   

Location:               Hybrid, UK (travel to a Newcross office when required) Not Bold

Salary:                   Up to £45,000 per annum (DOE) + up to 10% annual bonus

Who are you?

You’re an experienced marketing professional with at least 2 years of hands-on experience marketing digital products. Reporting to the Product Marketing Manager, you will provide product messaging and positioning support, assist with product launches, help develop and publish enablement materials, and conduct market and competitive insights. You will become a key member of the team, working collaboratively with Sales, Operations, Central Support, Marketing, and Product.

You are a proactive, self-starter who can drive ideas forward without letting challenges or barriers get in the way. You are comfortable in an ambiguous environment, asking questions that challenge the status quo and curious about how things work to come up with the best solution.

Excellent communication and writing skills will be critical, as you will help build and tell the story of our products to both internal and external stakeholders. You enjoy bringing people together to achieve a goal.

Other key qualifications include:

  • 2-3 years of experience in Marketing or Growth Marketing
  • Genuine passion for developing a career in Product Marketing
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, creative, or related studies or equivalent
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, scale-up environment with shifting priorities
  • Experience within the digital products or SaaS space (Passion for healthcare industry a bonus)
  • Data-driven and user-centric mindset
  • Self-starter comfortable with failing, learning and trying again
  • Strong curiosity and openness to challenge the status quo
  • Experience supporting successful marketing strategies to drive sales/revenue growth
  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills to craft compelling messaging
  • Bonus: Experience with design tools like Figma, Adobe Suite, or video tools

What will you do?

Whilst a full job description can be supplied here are a few of the key responsibilities for the role:

  • Execute detailed go-to-market plans for new products and feature updates, while supporting measuring the results.  
  • Work closely with the Product Marketing Manager and product, sales, and operations teams to assist with updating the positioning and messaging of our products based on feedback. 
  • Manage the product marketing content calendar for our B2C product, HealthForceGo. 
  • Support the creation and development of enablement materials. 
  • Use your basic design skills to support the creation and development of high impact product marketing assets and enablement materials. 
  • Build a deep understanding of the market through competitive and market research, keeping our competitive intelligence up to date. 
  • Collaborate with operations, sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure successful product releases and launches.
