Make a difference to an individual’s life

As a Newcross Nurse, you will be helping to care for a 6-year-old male with a brain injury that requires support with Ventilation, Oral Suctioning, Nasopharyngeal Suctioning, Oxygen Therapy, Medication Administration, Care and Use of Gastro-Jejunostomy Tube, Seizure Monitoring and Management and Dystonia Monitoring and Management.

The shifts for this role are for waking nights on Monday to Sunday (22:00-08:00) and ad hoc hours on Monday to Friday (08:00 – 16:00) to cover sickness and holidays.

As a Registered Nurse you’ll bring

The ability to lead teams of healthcare workers, be quick thinking, make the right decisions at the right time and bring your nursing training to life with person-centred care.

  • Passion, patience and understanding
  • A desire to make a real difference to the lives of people in need.
  • NMC registration
  • 6-months of paid patient-facing UK nursing experience from within the past 3 years
  • Excellent teamwork skills, flexibility and professionalism
  • The right to work in the UK
  • Applicants must hold a valid driver’s licence and have reliable access to a personal vehicle
